At LadyHawk Nutrition we will give you the information that you need to become active in your personal path to health and nutrition. It’s time to own your health!
As always, we offer a 5-Minute phone conversation for free. During this call we will listen to your health concern(s) and offer options to address it.
If during that conversation we find that there are more complicated health issues, then we will ask you to make an initial consultation, which is 90 minutes long, and we figure out your options by asking you questions and reading the questionnaires that you will fill out. You will then have a game plan of many things that you can do, can eat, and can drink to become healthy.

We enjoy enlightening clients about their own health and nutrition, and especially like watching each person’s journey towards health. In this practice we use many types of nutritional therapies to find the causes of disease and then offer clients options to address those causes. In this way they are able to remove the sources of disease and allow the body to heal.
